We need to be thanking the ones who are trying to help control the matter at hand. In the east, my brother can not let his kids ( or pets ) out because lurking in the shadows are coyotes. KILLERS. Is it mans fault their here? Maybe. But are we gonna stand and watch when two, or more are chewing off your kids arm and say, oh well, it’s our fault their here, let’s let it eat our child? I think not. Research before commenting about something you don’t understand!

I don’t kill coyotes and why don’t you try to build a coyote proof yard, I talked to an expert and he says that if the Coyote sees the chicken he will dig under and be their in a matter of minutes so the solution is to keep the in chicken coop until after 7:00AM and this is my first time with chickens but thats no reason to go around telling saying useless things to people.

@allysonand GOOD! My dog eats chicken, you eat chicken, everybody eats chicken. What is so bad about a coyote eating chicken? If you don’t want coyotes eating your chickens, build a better chicken yard. It’s YOUR fault if you dont protect your chickens against coyotes, weasils, owls, hawks, foxes, fisher cats, etc. Dont use it as an excuse to kill wild dogs.
