If you're a novice dog owner a Beagle is the wrong dog for you. Simple as that.

They're lovely animals but they are hard work, more so than most other breeds. Also, you say you're 'adopting' one yet you ask how much they cost to buy? Why is that?

All dogs require a lot of time, money and energy and if you don't have all three readily available don't get a dog.

If you have a choice don't opt for a Beagle, please. You'll end up having to rehome him or put him down. Go for a more calm, malleable dog.
References :
Life-long dog owner.

I am an owner of two beagles they are very good dogs to adopt you will love him. The one problem is they howl ALOT. They need alot of exercise so you will have to wall him often. I feed mine just regular iams. They love attention so you will need to give him alot of time as well. But all in all they are great lovable dogs to have.

Good luck to you and your dog
References :
Adopting a beagle dog, help please......?
I am just going to take a beagle dog. Here is the profile http://animal.discovery.com/breedselector/dogprofile.do?id=1220

Are they good enough to adopt as the profile is saying? Please tell their behavior also.
I also wanted to know how much a male dog of this breed will cost in Indian rupees. How many times I have to make it bath, brush his hair, give him food, take him for a walk, what to give it to eat.I dont know his age right now.Any more instructions for a new pet owner? How much time I should give it in one day? And please tell how to train it in the house itself. If u cant answer all of them, please answer some.
Thanks
I also wanted to know that are these type of dogs found and can be purchased in india?
I am a new dog-owner, that means I haven't adopted a dog ever. DOnt be rude with me. I have to BUY a beagle, not adopt. Please be gentle to answer...
